分析人士認(rèn)為，對(duì)俄制裁是把雙刃劍。俄羅斯是世界石油、天然氣、糧食、金屬礦產(chǎn)的重要供應(yīng)國(guó)。不斷加碼對(duì)俄制裁措施將推升已經(jīng)高企的能源、糧食等價(jià)格，美國(guó)等西方國(guó)家會(huì)面臨更大的通脹壓力。當(dāng)前，美國(guó)通脹率達(dá)到40年來(lái)最高水平，美國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際社會(huì)對(duì)美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)陷入衰退的擔(dān)憂日益加重，美國(guó)高層官員也多次承認(rèn)，對(duì)俄羅斯的制裁產(chǎn)生了負(fù)面的外溢效應(yīng)，影響到自身經(jīng)濟(jì)。
